Michael Shaun Corby’s Healthy Hair Tips

Keep your scalp and hair healthy while at home with these tips from our Global Creative Director, Michael Shaun Corby.
Tip 1
Start by “scientific brushing,” a technique used to remove dead skin from your scalp while promoting healthy hair. Use a natural material brush, hold it close to your scalp, and do short little sweeps with it.
Tip 2
Rather than washing your hair everyday at home, use Perfect hair Day™ Dry Shampoo to absorb excess oil, sweat, and odor. Just shake, hold the can 6-10” away from hair, and spray in an upward motion. Then, wait 30 seconds and massage to remove powder.
Tip 3
When you do wash your hair, use a detangler, like Restore Perfecting Spray, right after the shower to detangle and prevent breakage when brushing. Use a wet brush and comb through, starting at the ends and working your way up.
Tip 4
If you are shampooing daily, start at the ends and work your way up through the middle before gently massaging into the scalp.
Tip 5
Use a conditioning mask 1-2 times per week to build healthy, strong, and beautiful hair.
