An ultra-fine restyling mist that reshapes hair to bring back day-1 look and feel, while neutralizing odors and providing thermal protection.

How to Use
  • Lightly mist onto dry hair.  
  • Restyle as desired.  

Can be used to refresh any style and hair type.  

Note: If using hot irons, wait until dry.   

Reshaping a blowout / general use with heat:  

  • Lightly mist on dry hair.  
  • Use blow dryer and round brush (or other styler like a flex styler or blow dry brush) to reshape blowout where needed.  

Refreshing and redefining curls + coils: 

  • Mist hair that needs refreshing until it's damp.  
  • Use your fingers to reshape.  
  • Can be used with creams and oils.  
  • Air dry or diffuse.  

Heatless or air-dry refresh: 

  • Lightly mist onto dry hair, then use a blow dryer with a round brush (or any drying tool) to refresh and reshape your blowout where needed.
  • Brush through to smooth out bends or dents.  
  • Repeat as needed depending on how strong the dent is.

"I loved the way my hair felt after sprain it with the refresh. It was easy to fluff it up and get it to a place where I could just run my fingers through it and get it looking good. I have mostly white hair and salt and pepper in the back."

Not worth the trade off vs wash of my hair

"I generally love Living Proof products, but this one isn’t quite worth the trade off for me versus washing my hair. I have baby fine hair and it is so limp when sprayed with a wet mist like this ( more wet than say heat protection spray) that I less lift than if I just wash my hair and do a full blow dry. Reading the other reviews, I can see how this can work for certain problems or types of hair but doesn’t seem to for me. Last, I’ll add my repeat request to bring back the Humidity Spray, still the best one (that was) on the market especially for humid Florida and Chicago Summers!"

"Im not sure how much more this adds over water in a spray bottle. I don’t notice much of a difference after using other than it wets my hair so I can get a hairband kink out of it"

Surprisingly Great!

"I love many Living Proof products but am always skeptical of claims in some cases, or the scent is off, or it really doesn’t work on my straight, fine, thin hair. This one is awesome! I really like to be able to refresh my hair and scalp, especially in the summer when I might have been a little sweaty but don’t want to do a full hair wash again. This has a mild, pleasant scent but I don’t even notice it once I’ve styled my hair, and I am very sensitive to scents. Thanks!"
