Living Proof, Inc. Casting Call Opportunity 

How to Apply:  

We’re looking for real people with real routines to star in our next campaign. Here’s how to throw your hat in the ring: 

1. Fill out the form 
 Complete our quick casting form here: https://forms.gle/PRwhUMbsgogXoGjy7. It covers your hair type, the products you use, and what you love (and struggle with) about your hair. 

2. Record a short video 
 Film a 1–2 minute video walking us through your hair routine: how you care for it, how you style it, and anything in between. No need for fancy lighting or editing. Just be yourself. 

3. Send it our way 
 Email your video to social@livingproof.com. Please include the name you used on the form so we can match your submission. 

The details: The shoot takes place in New York City on November 12th. Selected participants should be available on set for the full day (roughly 8am–5pm), and local travel costs will be covered. 

There are no right or wrong answers. We just want to hear how you do your hair. 

 

Terms and Conditions: 

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your application to participate in the Living Proof casting call opportunity (“Casting Call”) to be considered to participate in a product photography and/or content creation opportunity involving a new, soon-to-be released styling product. By submitting an application, you agree to be bound by these Terms. These Terms govern the application and selection process only. Selected participants will be required to enter into a separate agreement with Living Proof governing their participation, content creation, compensation, publicity rights and other applicable terms. 

  1. ELIGIBILITY. The Living Proof Casting Call (the “Casting Call”) is open only to individuals who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry and are legal residents of the United States of America (including DC and Puerto Rico), have access to the Internet, have a public Instagram or TikTok account, who are able to travel themselves to New York, NY to appear in a photoshoot and related activities expected to occur on November 12th, 2026, and who satisfy all other eligibility requirements set forth in these rules. Selected participants will be responsible for their own travel and other expenses associated with attending the Casting Call unless otherwise agreed in writing. This Casting Call is void in all other jurisdictions, territories, possessions, and where otherwise prohibited by law. Officers, directors and employees of Living Proof, Inc., (“Living Proof”), and its parent company, affiliates, subsidiaries, divisions, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members (a parent, spouse, sibling or child, regardless of where they reside) and/or those living in the same household of any of the above, whether or not related, are not eligible to participate in this Casting Call. 

  1. HOW TO APPLY. Living Proof will accept submissions for the Casting Call beginning on October 14th, 2026 until October 30th, 2026 , by which time all entries must be received (“Casting Call Period”). To enter, email a short (1-2 minutes) video to social@livingproof.com and complete this form: https://forms.gle/PRwhUMbsgogXoGjy7. (each a “Video”, and each Video shall be an “Entry”). In the video, you must explain your hair routine: how you care for it, how you style it, and anything in between. There are no right or wrong answers. We just want to hear how you do your hair. 

You may submit one Entry per person. Entries that are unlawful, threatening, harassing, abusive, defamatory, invasive of privacy or publicity rights, vulgar, obscene, sexually explicit, hateful, profane, indecent, racially or ethnically derogatory, false, misleading or otherwise objectionable to Living Proof, as determined by Living Proof in its sole and exclusive discretion, shall be deleted and shall not be considered an Entry. Living Proof may share Entry materials and related information with its service providers as reasonably necessary to administer the Casting Call and evaluate applications. Personal information collected in connection with the Casting Call will be collected, used, and disclosed in accordance with its online privacy policy, available at LivingProof.com. Living Proof reserves the right to: (i) permanently disqualify any person it believes has intentionally violated these official rules; and (ii) withdraw the online method of entry if it becomes technically corrupted, and to select participants from among all eligible entries received prior to withdrawal. 

  1. VIDEO REQUIREMENTS. Videos must comply with the following requirements:  

  1. Be 1 – 2 minutes in length.  

  1. Feature the applicant explaining their hair routine: how they care for it, how they style it, and anything in between. There is no specific right or wrong approach.  

  1. (i) Videos may feature only the applicant, (ii) the Video must be the applicant’s original work or the applicant must have obtained all necessary permissions to submit the Video; (iii) the Video may not contain unauthorized third-party trademarks, copyrighted material, personal information, or other material that infringes or violates any third-party rights; (iv) the Video may not contain unlawful, threatening, harassing, obscene, sexually explicit, hateful, defamatory, or otherwise inappropriate content; and (v) the Video must otherwise comply with these Terms and applicable law. Living Proof reserves the right to reject any Entry that does not comply with these requirements. 

  1. AUTHENTICITY. You will be expected to provide honest opinions, reactions, and experiences based on your actual experience with the Product. Living Proof will not require a participant to make a statement or claim that does not reflect the participant’s genuine opinion or experience.  

  1. SELECTION OF PHOTOSHOOT PARTICIPANTS. A panel of representatives from Living Proof will review all Entries properly submitted and received during the Casting Call Period. The Living Proof panel will choose participants in its sole discretion, taking into account the information provided in the Entry.  Selected participants will be offered the opportunity to appear in a Living Proof brand photoshoot occurring on November 12th, 2026  in New York, New York (“Photoshoot”). The confirmed selected participant will be contacted with the specific time, location, and other details for the Photoshoot at least two (2) days in advance of the Photoshoot, and will be notified by email or direct message via Instagram or otherwise as Living Proof may determine using the contact information provided at the time of entry.  Each selected individual shall be required to complete and return a separate legal agreement with Living Proof as a condition of participating and appearing in the Photoshoot, which shall include, among other terms, a Release of Liability and Publicity Release (where permitted by law) (collectively, “Agreement”) by the date or within the time frame specified by Living Proof or an alternate applicant may be selected. All decisions of Living Proof on all matters relating to this Casting Call, including, without limitation, related to its selection of applicant for potential participation in the Photoshoot shall be final and binding. If a potential Photoshoot participant is not able to be contacted by Living Proof within twenty-four (24) hours following the date notice or attempted notice is sent, declines, fails to return any required documents, does not complete the verification process within two (2) days, or is otherwise not in compliance with these rules, such participant’s opportunity to participate in the Photoshoot may be revoked. 

  1. GRANT OF RIGHTS. By submitting an Entry, you grant Living Proof a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free right to access, review, reproduce, and use your Entry solely for purposes of administering the Casting Call, evaluating your application, and selecting potential participants. Living Proof will not use Entry materials submitted by an applicant for advertising or promotional purposes unless separately agreed with the applicant. 

  1. SEPARATE PARTICIPANT AGREEMENT. Selection to participate in the Casting Call does not by itself create an agreement between Living Proof and any selected applicant. Selected applicants will be required to enter into a separate agreement with Living Proof before participating in any photography, filming, product testing, or content creation. The separate agreement will govern the selected participant’s engagement, compensation, content requirements, intellectual property, publicity and likeness rights, confidentiality, and other applicable terms. 

  1. REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES. Each person who enters this Casting Call represents and warrants as follows: (i) applicant owns, or has obtained any and all necessary rights and permissions required to submit the Videos and grant Living Proof the rights to use and display the Videos as set forth above; (ii) the Entry does not and will not violate or infringe upon the intellectual property rights or other rights of any other person or entity, including, but not limited to, rights of privacy and publicity; and (iii) the Entry does not and will not violate any applicable laws, and is not and will not be considered defamatory or libelous.  

  1. CONDITIONS. Selected participants will only be permitted to participate in the Photoshoot if they fully comply with these Official Rules. Selected participants will be responsible for their own travel and other expenses associated with attending the Photoshoot unless otherwise agreed in writing. 

  1. MISCELLANEOUS. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. This Casting Call is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, TikTok, X/Twitter, or any other platform used to transmit or publicize the Casting Call. All questions, comments, or complaints regarding the Casting Call must be directed to Living Proof.
