"I am a HUGE skeptic - like am I just putting water in my hair thinking it's doing something? But I was really struggling with peri-menopause, hair loss, weight gain, greying hair, exhaustion - it's been rough! But I will say, I have seen improvement in my hair in the few weeks that I have been using this. Less hair in the drain

"It does nothing for the grey. I don't know if it does anything for new growth. What I do know is that I shed soooo much less and that is proven by how little hair I clean out of the shower drain now. I only wish the bottle was more like the scalp exfoliator bottle."
