Is it color safe and sulfate-free?
All of our shampoos are color-safe and sulfate-free.
Is it safe for use on chemically treated and chemically straightened hair?
We do not add sodium chloride to our shampoos, they are safe for chemically treated and chemically straightened hair.

Great shampoo

I am really enjoying this shampoo- I only need a tiny bit to get excellent lather. While I know lather isn't nessisary, I really like it because it helps me feel where I'm putting it to make sure I'm getting my hair and scalp clean and I have to work it in less than non-lathering shampoos, which means less friction on my hair. This works great with our hard water too. It doesn't leave my hair feeling stipped, dry or tangly. Very effective.

Let me start by saying, I have naturally wavy hair (prone to more frizz than wave)that I have been coloring since, well, forever. I am not one who always believes that salon hair care is better. This shampoo, however, is worth the cost. It does exactly what they say it will do. My hair is softer, smoother and shinier.

I have recently started using this product and I am already noticing some amazing results! My hair immediately feels smoother and looks healthier after I use this product. I will definitely continue to use this amazing product.

I am 44 years old, and have tried numerous products to tame my fine, frizzy hair. I have used this product for over two weeks now, and the texture of my hair has improved 200%. My hair looks like it did in my 20's. Even other people have noticed the change. The product has even improved my hair loss. I am no longer losing what felt like handfulls of hair in my morning shower! I will never use anything but Living Proof

My hair is so dry and damaged that it can often wind up a rat's nest after a shampoo, but this leaves my hair clean but not stripped out.
