What makes Hold Firm Hairspray different?

What is the difference between the Firm and the Flexible Hairspray?
Both Hold products are based on the similar polymer blends – both offer a non-flaking hold with incredible shine. Hold Firm Hairspray has a similar, but stronger polymer blend for styles requiring complete control, like slick up-do, a styled pixie cut or locked-in volume. Hold Flexible Hairspray is optimized for natural styles and still allows for movement.
What is the fragrance?
All of our products have a light, fresh, citrusy fragrance.
How do I dispose of the hairspray canister after I use up the product?
It is safe to throw away in your regular trash.

My hair is oily and flat, well it used to be until I started using all the full products. The hairspray is amazing!! Holds my hair all day, doesn't weigh it down or cause it to get oily. Love this product!!
Only wish it came in larger sizes!!!

I use this spray to hold the style and shape of my blown-dry hair.
The Living proof products do such a good job of straightening my curly hair, that it seems too flat for me. i just toss my hair and spray Firm hairspray to get the body and finished shape i like. Not heavy at all, keeps my hair looking good for hours.
Wonderful and will certainly get again

Thank you for this hairspray. I was a little doubtful but using it a few times, my hair is soft and movable and not like it was painted. I have thin gray hair and this spray leaves it with a great shine.
